Today, the electronics industry needs improved heat transfer capability to cool ever smaller and more powerful electronic components. To address these thermal management concerns, Wolverine MicroCool™ business unit has developed a proprietary, enhanced surface technology that address the needs of liquid cooling in electronic environments. Cooling mega-watts of heat is critical to advancing processing speeds for advanced electronic circuit design. 		Wolverine's MicroCool® Evaporator and Condenser Testing Wolverine completes testing on its MicroCool® evaporator and condenser in a major thermal management program with the University of Maryland, for the Office of Naval Research, that clearly demonstrates the thermal performance advantage of its MDT microchannel.
		Wolverine Expanded Its Process Capability Sy-Jenq Loong, MicroCool® Engineering Manager, has expanded the process capability for Wolverine’s proprietary Micro Deformation Process and the result is a larger library of enhanced surface geometries for thermal management solutions.
