QUALITY & TEST CONTROL

Wolverine is committed to quality and continuous improvement.  Wolverine Joining Technologies for MicroCool® assembly at North America is ISO 9001 certified.  Wolverine’s Shanghai facility in China for MicroCool® high volume component manufacturing is also certified to ISO 9001 standard. 

MicroCool® utilizes Statistical Process Control (SPC), lean manufacturing tools and the latest measurement instruments, such as CMMs and video comparators in our manufacturing processes.  All volume production routinely meets the RoHS requirements. 

A standard test cell station is available for testing various channel geometries for a component’s thermal efficiency with controlled temperature, pressure, and flow levels.
