Our 4000 Series cold plates come in many standard sizes for a varying number of IGBT’s. We offer a selection of different inlet/outlet fittings, Corrosion resistant coatings (Nickel and Chemfilm) and Double sided Cooling. MicroCool’s cold plates are the most affordable power electronics cold plates on the market today.
