We design and manufacture IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistors) base plates for the power electronics industry. These base plates offer the most efficient heat transfer available today due to our patented MDT surface technology.
We have the ability to produce universal designs on multiple metal substrates: Cu, Al and Cu-Al Clad. Our IGBT base plates also have the lowest pressure drop in the industry without compromising thermal conductivity.
